Wages start at $12. per hour, plus
25c per hour for current first aid and CPR certificate (you must be willing to have "first-aid attendant" on your name tag),
and/or 25c per hour for fluency in and demonstrated usage of a second language,
and/or 25c per hour for recognised hospitality training
and/or 25c per hour for certified lifeguard qualifications.
Other qualifications will be considered upon presentation.
Raises based on proficiency and perqs throughout the season.
Completion bonus (up to $500.) and 4% vacation pay at end of specified term of employment.
Guaranteed pay raise to returning staff.
Many perqs such as; free day passes for you and your family, free mini-golf, free boat rentals, etc. are available to our staff.
Scholarship programs are accessible after three months employment (can be over 2 seasons).
A higher start wage is available to those with relevant experience in security, campground office procedures and/or handyperson skills.
